Contract Scotland are working with an award winning SME developer to source an experienced assistant site manager for one of their new developments in St Andrews. This bespoke home development requires a site manager with a strong housebuilding backgroundand good knowledge of timberframe developments.
As the Assistant Site Manager you will be required to:

- Support the Site Manager in the day to day running of the site
- Supervise multi trades
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- Customer care
- Ensuring there is a high level of quality on site by adhering to NHBC standards
To be considered you must have a proven track record working within the private residential sector in a similar role and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
In return there is a salary up to £45,000, car allowance and company benefits.
