**Job description**:

**We are looking for someone with the below characteristics**:

- The ability to generate leads, book valuations and conduct viewings
- The ability to negotiate offers/sales
- To professional guide clients through the sales process from start to completion
- You must be well presented and possess a confident manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A full UK Driving Licence is Essential
