**WiseUp Team Building** is expanding its team of **Outdoor Activity Coaches** for the 2025 season

Since 2011, we’ve been delivering **engaging, educational activity days** to schools all over the UK — and demand is growing fast. We’re on the lookout for passionate and energetic individuals to help us inspire the next generation through fun, meaningful outdoor experiences.

**As an Outdoor Activity Coach, you’ll**:
Lead fun, active sessions including **Team Building, Bushcraft, Archery** and more
Support and encourage students from Reception to Sixth Form
Travel nationwide and deliver activities in schools
Work as part of a dynamic, supportive coaching team
Represent WiseUp with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy

**We’re looking for**:

- 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Full UK **manual driving licence** (max 6 points)
- Confident driver of minibus-sized vehicles (vehicle provided)
- Experience working with or coaching young people
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and flexible approach
- Ability to engage and motivate students of all ages

**What we offer**:

- **£30,000** per year (pro rata)
- Flexible contract options:

- Immediate Start - 31 Oct 2025
- 1 July - 30 Sept 2025
- Freelance options available
- Paid travel and **overnight hotel stays** where required
- Monday to Friday schedule (occasional Sunday evening travel only)
- **Full training provided** — no prior technical experience required
