Creating a premium consumer experience to share our market leading appliances; You will be the face of Miele delivering a premium service at every point of the consumer journey to delight our consumers at every step of the way.

**In this role you will be...**
Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you will lead your consumers through a detailed consultation to the selection and purchase of Miele appliances which meet the needs and wants of the future user. Whilst working to up-grade products and up selling of accessories to expand the consumers use of their appliances. All whilst promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand.
We deliver a quality experience to our customers driven by people who are passionate about the consumer experience.
You will be working as a core member of the Sales team, based in the Abingdon Head quarters you will drive to hit your sales targets, which in turn contribute to the team’s success.
You will bring previous experience of working in a customer facing sales role and can build rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence in what is required. Most importantly you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to affectively multi-task. IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.
**Your hours of work will be based on a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days each week.**
**You may be asked to work flexibly within these hours and days to accommodate the operational requirements of the business. Initially, your hours of work will be arranged between the hours of 0800 and 2000 Monday to Friday and 0900 to 1600 Saturday.**
**If you are rostered to work on a Saturday (normally 1 in 4), you will receive a compensatory day off in the same week.**
We offer a **full time salary up £24,910** plus an evolving pay, bonus and benefits package.
