We’re looking for a **Consignment Specialist** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a role that’s varied, challenging, and full of opportunities to grow.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, speaking with customers daily to understand their needs and gather information about the vehicle they are looking to sell
- Present valuations and consign cars into our weekly auction
- Help shape our customer experience by sharing feedback and suggesting improvements
- Support the wider team in promoting weekly auctions and ensuring customers always know what to expect
- No cold calling — every lead is inbound and ready to speak with you

**What We’re Looking For**
- Confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Proactive, self-motivated and naturally great with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working on the phone (experience essential)
- Motor industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required
- Basic car knowledge will give you a head start
