Our client is an established company with an expanding number of Pubs in the North West.

The company specialises in the successful restoration of wet led, community Pubs that are either closed, failing due to poor management or simply a lack of investment. With decades of experience and vast knowledge of all aspects of Pub management, our clientthrive at what they do.

This is a great opportunity to bring your own ideas to increase sales Other than your staff, your only other outgoings are Council tax and TV licence.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in all aspects of cellar management and gas systems
- Excellent knowledge of delivering great food including cooking skills and experience in managing a kitchen where applicable
- Management of wet/dry stock with good background knowledge of stock-taking, margin management and yields
- Excellent administration and cash management skills
- Good customer service skills and experience in training front-of-house staff
- Good experience in event management and organising in-house activities
- Excellent standards and a commitment to delivering quality
- Energetic, enthusiastic and very personable
- Able to build a good rapport with customers and staff
- Ability to manage and prioritise own time
- Excellent personal standards
- Be willing to work on a self-employed basis
- Hold a full driving licence and have your own transport
- Personal Licence is required

**What will your role as a Pub Manager look like?**
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
- Serving customers and placing orders
- Stock-taking and re-stocking
- Handling administration and paperwork
- Organising and promoting social events such as quizzes, karaoke evenings, live music and live comedy
- Ensure continued communication with the other pubs and attend meetings/courses when asked
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives and the police
- Marketing products
- Making improvements to the running of the business
- Setting targets and maximising profitability
