Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience in corporate insolvency and be able to hit the ground running. This is a hybrid role where you will be required to go into the office for 2 days and 3 days at home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression.
- Working as a team with the other managers, directors, and staff to ensure the department as a whole meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded.
- Problem-solving and resolving client and director demands.
- Using analytical skills to assess financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders.
- Understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.
- Providing regular progress reports to senior staff including preparation of six-monthly case reviews.
- Being able to work on several different assignments at one time.
- Drafting all routine case correspondence and dealing with creditor telephone enquiries.

**Requirements**:

- No less than 1 year’s experience in Insolvency and Restructuring.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Studying towards or considering ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
