We are looking for a **UK Sales Manager** for our highly successful client based in Bicester.
The UK Sales Manager is responsible to sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients that generate the most income for the company.
The Sales Manager will utilise the company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients long-term goals.
**Purpose of the role -**:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personal across various accounts and countries
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic sales target planning process
- Lead solutions development to best address the needs of the customer and develop opportunities
- Constantly identify new opportunities for an excellent co-operation with he dedicated account
**Knowledge and skills required**:
- 5 - 10 years' experience in sales
- Knowledge of relevant customer/ market specific quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with key clients
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
**This is a full time / permanent role with a salary up to 50k DOE + other excellent company benefits.
This role is based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.**
