- **Location - Daventry NN11 - Hybrid Working 2 days office / 3 days remote**_
- **Salary - £21,730 - plus annual bonus & fantastic company benefits**_
- **Full Time - 40hrs per week 0830-1700 Monday to Friday**_

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**:
- Create and send mail merge letters for all CRC teams.
- The SBU Administrator is also responsible for responding directly to customer correspondence creating bespoke responses with the support of the CRC correspondence team.
- Managing the activities report and setting reminders to ensure that all customer correspondence is replied to within SLA.
- Building, developing and maintaining good working relationships across all stakeholder levels including Ford client, team managers, senior management and support departments.
- Providing holiday cover for the current SBU Administrator.
- Provide ad-hoc operational or administrative support as required.
**What You Bring to the Role**:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Basic reporting and data analysis experience would be useful
- 12 months experience working within a call centre environment is advantageous
**Skills**:
- Good interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Diligence, attention to detail and reliability are essential
