**Brand Lead / Product Manager Rare Diseases**

**What you will do**
Working directly with the Franchise Lead, in this vital role you will have full responsibility for the development, and execution of the strategic launch brand plan within a rare disease ophthalmology space.
Leading the launch with the cross functional team, alongside Amgen global colleagues you will work on:
- Developing the launch plan embracing a dynamic and agile mindset.
- Input into co-creation for European brand plans and tactical planning
- Budget responsibility to include forecasting, managing operating expenses and delivering budgeted sales
- Analysis and interpretation of sales data, KPIs, market research and trends
- Lead cross-functional brand team activities and provide guidance to others
- Work closely with the Franchise Lead to align field force activity and engagement
- Development, delivery and evaluation of integrated omnichannel plan and development of promotional materials across multiple channels

You would be joining a successful, dynamic marketing department working within the business unit of General Medicine and Inflammation during which you will be working alongside highly skilled marketers. You will lead multiple different aspects of the marketing mix, including interactions with customers and insight generation, operational planning and tactical execution.

- Extensive marketing experience gained within pharmaceutical sector - Ophthalmology and/ or rare disease experience is required
- Launch experience
- Fully fluent in regulatory frameworks and ABPI code of practice
- Experience of working with and leading a cross functional team
- Experience of working with and driving Omni Channel engagement
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence
- Marketing, business or life sciences degree
