We will ensure that every team member is offered the opportunity to develop their skills and to progress if desired. We believe that caring, compassionate people can find a rewarding career in helping others and that it is our duty to help and encourage them to do so.

You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a hands on management team who are in the home each day. You will ensure all resident activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner.

You will quickly become part of the care home family and let’s be honest, our team members are what makes our home a great place to live and work

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care (first and foremost) and those who are keen to be the best in the sector. You will work as part of a dynamic care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.

**Hours of work**:
08.00 - 20.00 (days) and you will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off which equates to an average of 42 hours per week in total.
