**Trainee Document Controller**

Booth Welsh are looking for a permanent Trainee Document controller based in our office in Irvine, Ayrshire. As part of the document control team you will work to ensure the control of all project documents, including creation, retention, and revision control is compliant with our processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Senior Document Control with delegated duties.
- Carry out routine document control activities, including document review, query handling, management of transmittals, copying, scanning and library management.
- Follow the company document control procedures.
- Management and tracking of vendor documentation.
- Assist with general office administration duties as required and provide general office support

Skills and Experience
- Awareness of Document Management Systems (DMS) beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills
