**Job Purpose**

This role is a key member within the product development team, driving towards a successful concept to launch process for all NPD & EPD products.

Working closely with functional business unit / production site team members to develop products in line with manufacturing capability.

To ensure success in this role, you will have an understanding of the new product development process, with a keen eye for detail and following process to deliver successful launches.
- Development of day-to-day product development of NPD & EPD activity.
- Ensure products are developed in line with commercial, nutritional & operational targets.
- Generation of customer samples required for product submissions and customer presentations.
- Project management through the stage & gate process as required, critical path management of projects
- Generation of all required paperwork and documentation, in line with stage & gate and customer submission process.
- Support the product development & innovation pipeline that is commercially viable and in line with manufacturing capability.
- Working effectively with other key functions: operations, technical, process development, packaging development across the launch process.
- Supporting role in any customer presentations, as required.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, update stakeholders on progress, and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track

**The Ideal Person**:

- Experience in similar role.
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate verbally and written.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Passion for Food
