**About the role**:
As a **Front of House Team Leader,** pulling pints and serving super food is only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level. You’ll be an expert in communication, leading from the front and being a positive role model for your team. Taking the lead and running shifts, it’s key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your team is something that you’re passionate about.

Previous experience as a** Team Leader** or Supervisor within a similar hospitality or retail role will be beneficial, however we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate great leadership qualities along with being a great team player.

The Moss Trooper is a family friendly traditional pub that is part of a thriving local community in Timperley. This wonderful welcoming pub has a strong team that are proud and passionate in everything they do and cater for an array of functions and host various weekly events ensuring they are the hub for this residential area.
