A Sales Support Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing essential administrative assistance. This role is vital for ensuring smooth sales operations and maximizing sales effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing & Management**:

- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is captured and entered into the system.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- **Sales & CRM Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer data and orders
- **Administrative Support**:

- Support the accounts team and manage any outstanding payments or changes to payment schedules.
- Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts and agreements.
- Assist with sales events.
- **Other duties as assigned.**

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant software.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
