Here at Pendragon, we’re going through a period of exciting transformation and we’re looking for a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Analytics Executive to help shape our future.

**What you’ll be responsible for in your role**:

- You’ll identify opportunities for improvement, by regularly monitoring organic traffic, visibility and SEO performance metrics whilst also undertaking SEO audits of our websites
- You’ll develop and deliver on-page and technical SEO action plans across the portfolio, and collaborate with both internal and external teams to implement the required changes
- You’ll have full ownership of the tool, managing the maintenance of tagging and reports to align with business objectives, and will be the main point of contact for any analytics related queries
- Proactively managing business listings you’ll ensure we are getting maximum value from our listing management tool and liaise with internal teams to ensure data is accurate and optimised for maximum benefit
- You’ll work closely with the Content team to drive SEO best practice and leverage opportunities
- Supporting the wider Digital team, you’ll investigate issues and proactively look for new ways to drive value from available data, also assisting with analysis, insight and reporting to deliver business objectives
- You’ll maintain an up-to-date knowledge of key algorithm updates, advancement and opportunities within SEO and the broader digital world, sharing relevant insights with the Digital team

**Do you have what it takes to be a Pendragon Associate? What we’re looking for**:

- A minimum of 2 years working in SEO, web analytics or a similar role
- You’ll have a passion for SEO and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of best practices, and an understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO
- You’ll have a solid understanding of analytics tools and website data (e.g Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush) and be able to extract and measure relevant data
- You’ll be familiar with A/B and multivariate testing tools and processes
- You’ll be an individual who is analytical and driven by results. You’ll have the ability to use data to deliver insight, driving better decision making, whilst being able to effectively communicate data in a simple way, to facilitate easy collaboration with multiple stakeholders
