**Job description**

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Assistant to become part of our team at Biltong Boss who has a good eye for detail, is able to manage stock and equipment. The role is based at our office / warehouse in Eton Wick and involves manual labour.

This part time role will include, but not limited to the below responsibilities:

- Preparation of weekly kit boxes for several markets including quality control of equipment and cleaning of equipment where needed. To inform the relevant staff members when linen needs cleaning.
- Manage the supply quantities of consumables and replenishment of market box supplies - to inform the Operations Manager when these are low.

You will be responsible for ensuring all market equipment is checked and cleaned before restocking these for the markets.

You will be required to communicate any breakages or shortages to the manager and and request replacements where needed.
- Preparation and Replenishment of stock boxes of weekly markets solo and/or collaboratively with the Operations Manager.
- Inventory of Stock of the warehouse to various channels and recording accordingly on the stock level report.
- Inventory stock count in, out and labelling of packaging where required.

You will be responsible for stock being allocated and stored correctly in the warehouse according to product, size and date.

You will be jointly responsible for the stock level report being up to date.
- Maintaining an inventory for warehouse items and equipment.

You will have charge of the layout, hygiene and cleaning of the warehouse and storage facilities. The upkeep and maintenance of a clean workspace is paramount.
- Collaboratively with other staff members you will need to manage incoming orders, picking and packing ready for dispatch.

Part-time hours: 15-16 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
