PPRUK are looking for an experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our client; a family owned group of opticians and hearing care providers. The hearing care providers have been established for over 50 years.
You will be joining a hearing care company whose philosophy focuses on a genuine commitment to customer care; they care deeply about their customers, staff, suppliers and local communities.
As a Hearing Aid Dispenser, you’ll be providing a genuinely personalised service and excellent level of care. You’ll get to use the most up to date, clinical techniques such as tympanometry and Speech testing.
**Position: Hearing Aid Dispenser (Multi site)**
**Location: Northern Ireland area**
**Salary: Basic is £40,000 + Commission + Joining Bonus**
**Commission: Paid quarterly. % of sales based on performance (10% at £0-£300k, 15% at £300k-£400k and 20% £400k+)**
**OTE is £80,000 + when including basic salary and commission**
**Company Car provided**

**Hours: Monday - Friday**
Thresholds:

- After hitting quarterly targets the commission % ranges from 10% - 20% based on sales
- There is also fixed commission payments for hitting sales targets

- You must be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser and be a member of the HCPC

The Requirements

You’ll need to be a fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, registered or eligible to register with the HCPC. NHS Audiologists are welcome to apply, should they be registered with the HCPC.
