Due to the promotion of team members, we are expanding our Administration team (reception/admin/other) to further enhance our access, quality and experience for patients.

As part of the administration team you will support the admin needs of the organisation across the sites. Excellent customer service, first class admin support and a disposition of caring is a requirement for the role. You will also support and cover across other admin roles to ensure the smooth running of the organisation for patients.

As a care navigator at front of house for the Practice at reception, you will receive and assist patients directing them to the most appropriate service/clinicians a courteous, efficient and effective way. In making sure the administration is done without delay or error, you will directly support patient care and improvement through your work at the Practice sites. You will project a positive and friendly image to visitors, both in person and on the telephone
