**Position: Outdoor Activities Instructor**

**Location: Corwen, Denbighshire**

**Hours: Full time, Term time**

**Salary Details: Up to £32,000 dependant on qualifications and experience.**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and dynamic Outdoor Activities Instructor to join our team.

The post requires you to plan, prepare and deliver outdoor activities sessions which are good or excellent to pupils across Key Stage 3&4.

**The school**:
Branas School supports young people aged 11-18, many of our pupils may have experienced significant adverse childhood experiences and as a result present with complex needs. Our school supports young people with complex social, emotional and mental health needs and mild to moderate learning difficulties, requiring nurture and motivation from teachers who are dedicated and driven to help them release their true potential.
- Suitable education qualifications such as A levels or a degree.
- Good ICT Proficiency.
- Successful experience of implementing positive behaviour support strategies.
- Knowledge of inclusive education that challenges students to reach meaningful outcomes for increased independence.
- Knowledge of child and adult safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to produce accurate and legible written material, plans and reports to meet deadlines.
- Setting high standards for self and being a role model for students and staff.
- Prioritise, and manage own time effectively.
