We are an Artisan bakery based in Newcastle upon Tyne with a 10 year history and a team of 30.

The bakery is located a 15 minute walk from the city centre and from there we supply our 3 shops and our wholesale customers.

We are looking for an experienced sourdough baker with the following skill set;
Understanding of slow fermentation process

Ability to understand bakers ratios and mixing

Shaping skills

Oven skill

Laminating skills

Team player

An interest in bringing ideas to the shaping table

Level 2 food hygiene

Ability to work Nights/early day shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,880.00-£27,000.00 per year
