**PICS Telecom are looking for someone to join our operations team as a warehouse operative, initially based in our inventory team**

Working hours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700.

**Salary**: £21,500 per annum. Location: Dominic House, Blackfriars Rd, Nailsea BS48 4DJ.

**The Role**
You will work with the warehouse team to ensure necessary functions are carried out accurately and efficiently.

**You**
Ideally you will have a background in a distribution warehouse environment, good understanding of Health & Safety and a general awareness of operational procedures.
A proven track record of high attention to detail, whether through work experience or studying and excellent communication skills is an advantage.
- **Main duties/responsibilities**
- Inventory control.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy Warehouse.
- Receiving equipment via 3PL providers.
- Preparing and processing outbound goods.
- Always conscious of Health and Safety.
- Communicating with customers providing the best service as possible.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a small team and follow instructions.
- Timely and effective performance of tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work and learn new skills.

**Previous Experience**:

- Warehousing knowledge.
- Inventory Control.
- Stock receiving, picking, packing, shipping.
