**Service Management Consultant - Up to £65,000 Depending on Experience**

**Location**: Remote working and travel to client sites (Wilshire, Hampshire and Bristol)

**Essential Requirements**: Must have an active SC/DV Clearance

**Role**:
**Skills required**:

- Previous consultancy experience in a similar role
- ITIL Foundation Level qualified
- Experience working within an ITSM environment using the ITIL framework
- Experience of involvement in Service Management governance
- Experience of working in a Service Transition/Onboarding role
- Experience of ITIL Continual Improvement
- Experience of ITIL Process Improvement/Implementation
- Personal flexibility and agility, with the ability to deal with complexity
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Strong and influential relationship management skills with Senior stakeholders, suppliers, colleagues, and users in pursuit of delivering high quality services whilst maintaining service targets
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience to ensure the correct solution is selected with full understanding of the costs, timescales, and risks
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

**Nice to have**:

- Defence or Public sector experience
- High level of IT competence
- Experience of working in Agile environment
- Knowledge in ITIL Service Design
- P3M or Project Controls Experience

**Renumeration**:

- £45,000 to £65,000 basic salary
