**Job Summary and key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Rent Arrears Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our fast growing Credit Control department based in Wokingham & Worthing. As a Senior Credit Controller you will be responsible for timely collection of rent on behalf of our clients & fees across your portfolio.

**K**ey Responsibilities**:

- Entering and allocating daily bank receipts
- Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
- Monthly review of the sales ledges for 3 entities
- Delivering month end aged debt reporting to the business
- Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are adhered to
- Maintaining existing training documents
- Building relationships with internal and external customers
- Completion of month end tasks within the agreed time frame Attending credit control related meetings as and when required

- Analytical mindset with a focus for detail
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritse a demanding workload in line with deadlines
