**Job description**

Due to company expansion and organic growth, we are looking for a Sales Logistics Coordinator to join our team. We are an established company with a wealth of knowledge within the Logistics industry offering Air/ Sea and Road transport. We are ideally seeking someone who has worked in a similar role previously or a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail that wants to learn this industry from the ground up.

Key Tasks:

- Create, book and record company courier bookings for third party collections and deliveries.
- Process Import / export documents including packing lists and commercial invoices
- Process Customs Entries
- Liaise with 3rd party delivery partners to ensure the delivery of orders.
- Sales activities to engage current customers and seeking new potential customers
- Process sales orders of specific major retail customers using Sage system.
- Liaise with customers and keep them informed on deliveries, back orders and possible delays.
- Any other admin tasks relevant to the role.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manners
- Excellent attention to detail as this job is very much about being very accurate and detailed
- Be willing to get things done as is very much about providing excellent customer service and solving our customers’ requirements
- Be extremely well organised with the ability to prioritise
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Experience with Sage software an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
