Chacewater Garden Centre is a fast growing retail business which prides itself in delivering the best service to all our customers, whether they are novice or experienced in gardening knowledge. Now is a great time to join our expanding team, with future plans to grow our business, we want to take our valued team with us on that journey of growth.

This role is primarily to work on the till, serving customers and taking money for purchases.

You must have exceptional customer service skills, be confident and polite. Horticultural knowledge is not required as you will have plant experts on hand who can assist you with any customer plant questions. You will be required to learn the products that we sell and learn where to find them in the shop.

Key Skills Required:

- Serving customers with passion, enthusiasm and confidence.
- A passion for retail and knowing how to leave the customer with a great shopping experience.
- Knowing how to handle difficult customers and resolve any issues well.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
