My client, a high growth Financial Services business based in Blackpool is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their Executive team.
The business has just gone through a Management Buy Out and are now seeking an ambitious CFO with fundraising and transactional experience to help grow the business and attract further PE and debt investment over the next 2-3 years.
Leading the finance function and investment decisions, you will be responsible for professionalising and implementing all controls, processes and procedures to drive growth for the business and oversee the growth strategy.
The successful applicant will be ACCA/ACMA/ACA qualified, ambitious and entrepreneurial and be able to demonstrable experience of running end to end debt raise processes, ideally within a Financial Services business. You will already be working in a SeniorLeadership role and have experience of selling/ buying portfolios and businesses (ideally within the PE or debt purchase space). You should be ambitious, prepared to roll up your sleeves, resilient, hardworking, proactive and commercial.
This role could lead to significant wealth generation over the long term alongside an excellent salary and benefits package.
