We have a great opening for a Team Leader to join our team here at Orchard Park Garden Centre Restaurant and help drive the service forward to achieve excellence.

**What we are looking for**

If you are an experienced team leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, who is ambitious and takes pride in being part of the company, then this could be the perfect progressive role for you, with the potential to progress to a supervisory role in the near future.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Work with the manager to organise rotas.
- Supervise shifts, and assist in the running of the day. Directing and organising staff to operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service, and building good relationships with customers.
- Assist the manager in providing the restaurant team with the appropriate beverage training, tools, and resources for the job, enabling them to deliver an exceptional food and drink experience to high standards
- Providing a safe, secure, and appealing food and beverage environment by adhering to the companies Health & Safety policies
- To help control stock management and work within the budget provided for the department. Regularly placing stock orders.
