We’re going through some really exciting changes at Hallmark Care Homes, and as such, we’re growing our Recruitment Team.

This role works within the People and Performance team, reports to the Recruitment Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring Hallmark Care Homes engages and attracts the best talent in the market for our focus homes and new commission homes.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum of one year’s experience recruiting for high-volume roles within an agency or in-house environment with preferable experience within the care sector.
- Ability to work at pace.
- Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening, and comprehension.
- Preferable experience working in a multi-site role.
