**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support clients in following their individual care plans, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on client progress and any concerns.
- Drive to clients' homes or care facilities as required, ensuring punctuality and reliability in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health status to the appropriate personnel.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes effectively.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment for clients, promoting their dignity and independence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between client locations.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes are required.
- A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week
