We are looking for a responsible Administrator to assist the contract team to organise our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to work with our Director of Operations and Contract Administration Manager to organise appointments and arrange works for teams to deliver.

Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Make and receive telephone calls with Clients and Customers.
- Arrange appointments with Customers.
- Ensure that job sheets are completed and provided to the teams of installers.
- Maintain internal databases.
- Answer and redirect phone calls.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in ordering office stationery and supplies.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience (is preferred) as an Administrator, Administrative Assistantor relevant role.
- Familiarity with IT equipment.
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
- Personable and able to work as part of a close team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
