Our client is an energetic company headquartered in London, dedicated to achieving excellence within their industry. As they continue to expand, they're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to become a part of our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and specifications.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working over the phone with customers
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
