**Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator - Permanent**

**Full Time (37.5hrs per week) / Salary £24,500 pa (dependant on experience)**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator to join our People Team. The Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring that our practices and processes are consistent with industry regulations. Witha passion for building strong stakeholder relationships, as well as an eye for detail, you will play an important role in ensuring that we adhere to relevant recruitment and regulatory requirements for permanent, bank and temporary workers, and subsequentlycontribute to our overall Ofsted Care and CQC ratings.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via ourBrain Injury Community Service.

Boasting a beautiful 24-acre site in Surrey, we are located just outside of London, close to the M25 (accessible via Junction 8, A217 to Tadworth) and easily accessible via National Rail, by way of: Clapham Junction, Sutton and Epsom.

The Children’s Trust has a duty of care to minimise the risk of all infectious diseases to the vulnerable and extremely vulnerable children and young people in our care, as well as our employees and volunteers. As a result, we require staff to provide avalid NHS Covid Pass (or proof of Covid vaccinations or medical exemption) for all roles at Tadworth Court and in the Brain Injury Community Service. We also expect staff to have taken or be willing to take relevant immunisations required by the role to protectthem against infectious diseases, (unless you are medically exempt).
