We’re working with one of Manchester’s largest integrated agencies who are looking for a Head of Strategy to join them.

**Our Client**

A global agency with a strong heritage, they work with clients across a wide range of sectors. They are well-established and create a wide range of output including print, TV, digital and social campaigns. They work with well-known consumer, public sector and some B2B clients.

**The Role**

You’ll be responsible for leading the Strategy offering for the agency, ensuring a profitable and growing department. You’ll lead on designing, plan and executing all strategic work in the agency through working closely with clients and stakeholders, specialising in brand proposition, comms planning and multichannel campaigns. Building close working relationships with senior level colleagues in client services and creative to ensure there is clear understanding of when and how they can engage with the strategy function. You’ll also work closely with the business development, bids and marketing functions of the agency to ensure ongoing thought leadership and strategic thinking is evident in all marketing, tenders and business development activity. You’ll also manage another Strategist as well as oversee the Research and Analytics functions within the agency.

**You**

You’ll be a highly experienced Strategic Marketer experience, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategy, as well as leading and developing a strategic function within an agency environment. A strategic thinker, you’ll have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at C Suite level. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to find insights for strategic leverage.
