Bartender/mixologist

Well-known for it's exceptional food and welcoming atmosphere, The Bottle & Glass pub in Harby village (close to Lincoln City & Newark) has undergone an incredible refurbishment under new ownership and now offers a unique new drinking & dining experience.

We are looking for experienced, professional and talented individuals that have a genuine passion for food and hospitality to join us in delivering this exciting new experience.

**The Role**:

- Keeping a well-stocked bar with sufficient supply of key ingredients
- Serving beverages and making cocktails for customers
- Assessing customer needs and making personal recommendations
- Experimenting with new cocktail ideas and being involved in the decision making process on new product
- Maximise sales using up-selling techniques
- Adhering the strict safety, hygiene and cleanliness procedures

**Skills & Experience**:

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in cocktail preparation and bartending require
- A passion for providing fantastic customer service
- Well-presented and punctual
- A hard working and positive attitude
- Experience cash handling and following correct till procedures
- Cellar management

Hours will vary on a rota basis. Must be available to work Evenings, Holidays and Weekends.
