**Workshop Controller**

**Salary: £57,200 per annum (Hourly paid)**

**Hours: 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings depending on business needs.**

To support our **Bodyshop**, we are looking for a Workshop Controller who will be leading a team and assisting the Bodyshop Manager. You will also have at least 3 years’ experience in Panel Beating and MET experience.

We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and **we want you to be a part of it**

**This role will include, but is not limited to**:

- Assisting Bodyshop Manager as required
- Covering for Bodyshop Manager in their absence
- Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Panel Repair/Strip/Refit
- Repairing through to filler stage

**What are we looking for?**
- At least 3 years’ experience in Panel Beating
- MET experience
- Level 3 qualification is desirable

If you're coming from a position where you haven't managed a team or people, we will provide full comprehensive training.
