Small Works Estimator

This is a **fully remote** postion. Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30

**What you will be doing**:

- Liaising with Engineers to understand and collate client requirements
- Extracting information from Engineer Reports and using this to create a quotation
- Creating quotes for the replacement of parts, upgrades or changes to systems
- Liaising with the Service Desk to obtain client information
- Utilising the appropriate digital tools to log, create and process the client quotations / orders
- Pricing quotations up to a value of £2000-£2500
- Submitting commission claims on time
- Passing information to the Sales Department for quotations likely to exceed £2500
- Liaising with other departments to aid the completion of the quotation, i.e., Sales, Compliance and Technical Support
- Working with our Partners / Subcontractors to obtain pricing as part of the customer quotation, particularly where the intention is to use them as part of the delivery chain
- Updating the database to show changes to client systems
- Liaising with Finance to ensure an understanding of any new charges, i.e., an increase to maintenance Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of equipment
- Processing of accepted quotes through to the Service / Installation Departments for delivery.

**What you need to have**:

- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to achieve maximum results
- Analytical skills and able to accurately review data
- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures
- Client orientated with a passion for a high-level of service
- Ability to work in a group or under your own initiative being proactive in your role.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good written, verbal and oral communication skills
- Right to Work in the UK
