What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
You will be part of a fantastic team that provides support to 1 gentleman in his own home within March, Cambridgeshire. He enjoys a range of activities at home as well as many activities such as meeting up with family and friends and eating out within their wider community. If you are a warm and committed person who is enthusiastic about helping people to live their best life, then we want to hear from you.
You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week which could include working long days, some weekends, including some sleep-in shifts as needed.
An essential part of this role is being a driver and having access to your own vehicle. You will need to hold a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

**What will you do?**
Supporting people is really important but it’s not all trips out. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe and well.
