About the Company
The Heather Club offers sociability and stimulation to people living with memory loss and early-stage dementia, providing respite to their carers and having a range of activities in a day center twice a week (Monday and Wednesday).

We deliver a friendly, happy, caring and safe environment for our members whilst providing an environment of unconditional positive regard engaging in activities to help stimulate memories in a professional, compassionate and inclusive way.

We wish to appoint a further Trustee to our management board to advise and assist us in delivering our award-winning service (winners of Global Pharma award for excellence in day care 2020)

We provide a unique award-winning service within the community and offer Trustees the opportunity to:

What does this Trustee job involve?
In general terms, the Trustee responibilities are to

Attend quarterly meetings to set the organization's strategic direction and plan and participate in an AGM.
Additionally, there will be occasional 1-hour single agenda meetings when needed to oversee and steer the day-to-day running of the club.
The Trustee role offers opportunities to lead and support small projects to bring your expertise to the team and the running of the organisation.
