Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. The role includes serving customers front of house in our restaurant, at our take out point and possibility to serve in our ice cream parlour.

Coastline Ciccarelli is open 09:00-20:00 7 days a week. We aim to offer flexible shifts to all employees. We understand you may have other commitments such as studies, or family. We offer a competitive wage for all ages and a fun inclusive environment for all.

**Duties**:

- Welcoming customers
- Waiting tables
- Drink making
- Packaging food for takeaways
- Processing card/cash payments
- Stocking/stock checking products
- Maintaining a clean work environment

Essential criteria:

- Aged 18+
- Friendly and polite
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working on solo and team tasks
- Able to listen and communicate effectively

Desirable criteria:

- Previous customer experience
- Previous cash handling experience
- Knowledge of food health & safety
- Dietary & allergen awareness
- Barista experience
