**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. The main purpose of the role is to be accountable for closing new and renewal business through various market routes in order to increase profitability and support the growth of the business. This position requires an individual who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- To call both existing and new customers in order to agree fixed term energy contracts whilst cross selling additional products to maximize business revenue.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, in order to increase company portfolio and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently, ensuring the customer is informed and aware of the progress in order to manage their expectations.
- Track and monitor repeat customer queries and issues.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability.
- Be aware of price and industry changes and identify methods that have the potential to make savings on customers’ accounts.
- Attend training sessions and product launches to stay informed about new products.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Operate and maintain customer related information systems to the required standards to process work, maintain accurate records and access information.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Transfer knowledge developed during selling to colleagues and external customers in order to match customer’s requirement to a specific product.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Experience in the energy industry is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills - experience of working in a cold call sales role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and any sales-related software.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities from customer service calls.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
