Shift Co-ordinator

This role will be based in primal packing and Butchery areas, Hours of work are Monday - Friday 6am-3pm.

**Job requirements of Shift Co-Ordinator**:

- To ensure that the Shift Administration is carried out in a timely manner. This will capture all aspects of administration of return to works; shift reports; monitoring the time and attendance system
- To work in partnership with the Senior Management team on site to be part of the Culture of the site which drives Food Safety, H&S, Ethical, Environmental and Energy behaviours
- Oversee holiday booking and process holidays, check availability and logging on system
- Reporting on headcount, checking agency numbers
- Carrying out accident investigations
- Assisting with onboarding new employees
- Supporting HR Team
