Customer Services Advisor (Installations)

**Reports to**:Installations Team Leader

**Accountable to**:Sales, Accounts, Production

**Purpose of Role**:
Help us provide excellent and efficient customer service to clients requiring installation services of our products. Book appointments between our installation engineers and customers and provide all relevant documentation to each. Maintain accurate records of installation bookings, and to ensure timely payment collection.

A friendly and efficient phone manner is essential, and training in the role will be provided.

**Role responsibilities**
- Respond to call outs for warranty work or break-ins and take details of the requirement
- Liaise with our installers and find the appropriate resource for a job, and make the booking between them and the client
- Enter all information on to our systems, and issue the correct paperwork
- Take payment for the work
- Handle any queries about installation projects as they arise and manage day to day issues such as cancellations / re-bookings.
- Keep accurate digital and paper records of work completed and keep filing up to date.

- A friendly and helpful telephone manner, and confident on the phone
- Good worth ethic, with the ability to remain productive, and well
- prioritised with mínimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills, showing a polite and constructive approach to colleagues and customers alike
- Computer literacy and confidence in working in an office environment.
- A multi-tasker who can oversee several open bookings at once.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn (e.g.: about our product range)
- A responsible person with a keen eye for detail, quality and a ‘get it right first time’ method

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (required)
