We are looking for a creative individual to join our **Digital Marketing** team in the role of **Digital Marketing Assistant.**
**Castle Fine Art** is the UK’s market leading publisher and retailer of original and limited-edition art. Our success has been maintained through the toughest of times and we continue to grow and develop our business. As part of our team, you will work in a beautiful environment, introducing our exceptional art (by artists including Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, Billy Connolly and Lorenzo Quinn) to our loyal client base.

**Please note this role is located at our Head Office in Erdington but will be moving to a stunning new Head Office space in the Mailbox, Birmingham, in the summer, which will reflect our high end luxury business.**

**Digital Marketing Assistant remuneration and benefits**:

- Competitive salary - £20,000 per annum

**Digital Marketing Assistant responsibilities**:

- Generating click reports upon request
**Website Maintenance**
- Ensuring all content is up to date across the Castle Fine Art website
- Uploading and updating product listings using the CMS platform
- Writing website copy and creating landing pages
- Uploading and updating product on Artsy
**Content & Communications**
- Assisting in developing copy and content for a website / blog
- Assisting in developing copy and content for social media
- Building relationships with local BID networks and shopping centres in order to effectively promote galleries on a local level
- Communications with various departments and liaison with external agencies
**Online Advertising**
- Brief the in-house Design team to produce digital assets
- Copywriting for advertising campaigns
- Create content for Facebook advertising
**Social Media**
- Day to day maintenance of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media accounts using Later in order to increase brand exposure and grow customer loyalty
- Monitoring and supporting the nationwide network of galleries with the management of their local social media accounts
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key online influencers
- Responding to questions and comments across all social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) in a timely manner
- Actively looking for and joining relevant conversations on social media, including outreach to relevant Facebook groups for collaboration
**Personal skills and attributes required for role**:

- Excellent command of written English
- A passion for digital marketing, new technologies and social media platforms, e.g. TikTok
- An engaging and confident written style, consistent with the Castle brand
- An interest in the art industry, with a desire to learn about our artwork and artists
- Flexible attitude to work, and understanding that out of office hours work will be required
- Able to effectively communicate social media activity to colleagues and the wider business
**Personal skills and attributes desirable for role**:

- Previous sales experience, identifying leads to develop ongoing relationships
- Experience in a client facing role

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
