Seasonal Gardener

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. The Gardener will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our plants, flowers, and green spaces.

**Duties**:

- Use hand tools and power tools to cultivate and maintain gardens
- Plant, water, and weed flower beds and planters
- Trim trees, hedges, and shrubs to ensure they are healthy and visually appealing
- Irrigate plants as needed and monitor for signs of disease or pests
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, edging, and fertilizing
- Assist in growing vegetables, herbs, or fruits in designated areas
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks
- Knowledge of plant care techniques including watering, pruning, and fertilizing
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as mulching and edging
- Ability to identify common plant diseases and pests and take appropriate action
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
