Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Protection Adviser to join our team.

**Role Summary**

As a Protection Adviser, you will provide expert advice on a range of personal protection products, ensuring clients are fully protected alongside their mortgage or as standalone advice. You will build strong relationships with clients, explain policies clearly, and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Family Income Benefit and other relevant products.
- Conduct thorough fact-finds to understand client needs and objectives.
- Recommend compliant and suitable protection solutions.
- Liaise with clients over phone, video call and face-to-face (where applicable).
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and keep up to date with provider criteria.
- Build strong relationships with mortgage advisers and internal colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Deliver a first-class client experience at all times.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience as a Protection Adviser or in a similar financial services role (essential).
- Knowledge of protection products and providers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear, client-friendly way.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisation.
- CeMAP, RO or equivalent qualifications beneficial but not essential.
