**About the Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service to join our dedicated team as casual waiting staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Greet Guests**: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, escort them to their table, and offer helpful information about the menu.
- **Take Orders**: Assist guests with their orders, respond to requests, and create a friendly and enjoyable dining experience.
- **Guest Interaction**: Engage with guests appropriately, ensuring a fun and supportive atmosphere.
- **Process Orders**: Use the EPOS system to handle guest food and drink orders efficiently.
- **Maintain Standards**: Adhere to all stadium operational, food safety, and health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Age**: 18+ (due to alcohol service requirements)
- **Experience**: Hospitality experience required, bartending experience preferred
- **Availability**: Able to work various shifts, including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, with weekend availability

Pay: £9.59-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
