Our debut site is coming soon to the city of London, located within a historic arcade, just a stone's throw away from the UK’s busiest train station, Liverpool Street.

Bringing together the latest London talent across a curated choice of 13 independently-owned kitchens, bars, delis, and food and drink purveyors, BOXHALL City provides an escape where guests can indulge in connection, comfort, and culinary discovery.

**The Role**:
BOXHALL CITY is looking for enthusiastic and eager Hosts to provide friendly and memorable customer experiences within our brand new offering. The Host is often the first person that the customers sees when they enter our sites. It is therefore important that you are confident, approachable, friendly and enjoy working with the public.

Duties include greeting and seating bookings, organising daily/weekly/monthly bookings queries, and assisting with general guest enquiries from the door to the floor.

Reporting to the General Manager, your duties & key skills will include:

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and welcoming guests.
- Assisting with guest enquiries and bookings
- Excellent knowledge regarding operations of the site - e.g. daily events.
- Have experience in late-night, busy environments.
- Strong awareness of offers and promotions within BOXHALL
- Coordinating with management and wider team to ensure we create a memorable overall guest experience.
