Part of City & County Healthcare Group's Complex Care division, Total Community Care provide highly trained care teams for individuals who live within their own homes. We specialise in nurse-led care for adults and children with a range of disabilities such as spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, Multiple Sclerosis and Muscular Dystrophy. Our aim is to enrich our clients' lives through exceptional care, inspired by a commitment to clinical excellence.

As one of our highly-valued Care Assistants, you will work as part of a team with one client in their home. You will be working with one of our clients who has a spinal injury - he is able to live independent with all his needs, will require prompts and support in the day to day. On top of this you will spend your time supporting our client with his hobbies and social activities to include: Shopping, cooking and his love for painting.

**Shifts are 07.00 till 17.00, Monday to Sunday £12.00 per hour.**
