If so, we want you to join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader. **Shift Pattern: Butterfly Shift - Week 1 (Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday) Week 2 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday) 18:30 - 06:30** You will be responsible for: - Motivating and leading a small team to deliver "Standards of Excellence" in all areas. - Assisting the Shift Managers in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, maximising resource efficiency at all times. - Delegating and prioritising duties to ensure operational plans and service standards are met consistently. - Ensuring compliance with Company policies, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, and operational procedures. - Maintaining accurate records and paperwork, such as Tip/Load Sheets, Goods Receipts, Intend to Loads, and Temperature Controls. - Adhering to guidelines on manual handling and the safe use of equipment, including conducting pre-operational checks and reporting any defects. - Continuously improving the service provided to customers by proactively identifying areas for improvement. **About you** We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
